Variousthe world is gone It sounds like a Portishead for this decade, but with The Knife's atmospherics and more crunch. And i just want to glue my eyeballs to its artwork.

Delta 5singles & sessions 1979-81 This is a reissue. But still. The first song alone sends me flying across the room in a fury of dance. Mind your own biz.

Asobi Seksucitrus The first thing that comes to mind when this is mentioned is "light." The songs get loud, yet i always feel like a little wonky cumulus floating through jello.

Shopliftingbody stories They've improved alot as a band, finally adding melodies you can follow and even find... catchy! That drummer is amazing, she's the new one for Gossip. She's got rhythms.

Justin Timberlakefuture sex/love sounds Don't give a fuhh! It's packed full with interludes, but even they are good! Take a hint, Missy Elliott. Your behind got one too many slappy ass 'ludes on that last lp, girl.

Grizzly Bearyellow house Shit, put me on a desert island with this hunny of a record and lull me to sleep on a hammock... with every listen i hear something new, while the harmonies just get better.

Gossipstanding in the way of control Despite my fervent hatred for the album cover, this album is the catchiest album i've heard all year and live, it's one sweaty ass dance party i dont want to shower after.
<td><td width="99" valign="top"> </td> <td><td width="350" valign="top">

Beirutgulag orkestar People like this make me want to puke: he's my age, has lived in other countries, can play various instruments expertly AND was hospitalized from tour exhaustion.

Joanna Newsomys I didn't like her earlier stuff before this. This blew my mind. The entire thing. Just saw her live and now i'm more obsessed. She'll always be underrated to me.

The Knifesilent shout Gives me the spooks and makes me want to dance at the same time. They are one of the few groups that make voice manipulation work; its unlike anything i've heard for awhile, going to go have sex to it.

edit: dec 8 alright, totally forgot Beach House. Fuck.

Hey Mike, where'd you buy your new Canon from?
I just tried to buy a new Nikon D50 from Adorama.com but they blew chunks and I had to cancel my order. The $600+ authorization on my credit card still hasn't been taken off, either, but I need to order my camera reeeaal bad >:[
Looking forward to new photos of your obese lifestyle!

beachcamera.com!
highly reccommended. i've bought from them before, they have great prices and "bundle" deals where they throw other stuff in that you might need. sorry to hear about your last order! they are very timely and customer-oriented.

I'm really happy to see this list. I can always expect something fresh/clean from you. I think I'll do a list too, but make it all things Amanda Luna Loved about 2006.

How did you do this term?

yeah man i can rely on you for some fresh new music. just a couple days ago one of my friends told me about joanna newsom, and i do have to say sawdust and diamonds is one of best weirder songs i've heard for sometime. and that new gossip cd is quite catchy.
